Trailer Rental — Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before renting. Final terms are confirmed in your rental agreement.

  1. Required forms (before renting). Before any rental can begin, the client must complete and email the Credit Card Authorization Form, the Credit Card Authorization – Toll Charges form, and one Credit Application — Personal (individual) or Business (company) — to swiftpro.sales@gmail.com. No trailer can be rented until the completed forms are received.
  2. Eligibility. Renters must be a properly licensed business or owner-operator with a valid driver's license and authority to operate the equipment.
  3. Deposit. A security deposit is required to reserve a trailer. Many units require first and last month deposit (the exact amount is shown on each listing). The deposit is applied or refunded per the rental agreement, less any charges for damage, cleaning, or unpaid balances.
  4. Insurance. The renter must carry and provide proof of physical damage insurance covering the full value of the trailer, with SWIFT PRO LLC listed as a loss payee/additional insured for the rental period. Liability insurance meeting legal requirements is also the renter's responsibility.
  5. Condition & return. Trailers are provided in the condition stated on the listing. Renters must return the trailer in the same condition, clean and empty, normal wear excepted. Damage, missing parts, or excessive cleaning may be charged to the renter or deposit.
  6. Use. Trailers may only be used for lawful transport within agreed regions and load limits. Overloading, hauling hazardous materials without authorization, or subleasing the trailer is prohibited.
  7. Toll charges. Customer shall be solely responsible for the payment of any toll charges, fees, or penalties, whether now existing or hereafter imposed, arising out of or related to the use or operation of the Trailer(s) leased under this Agreement.
  8. Maintenance. Customer shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep each Trailer leased under this Agreement in good operating condition and repair, including, without limitation, maintaining the tires, brakes, refrigeration unit (if applicable), and all other equipment in good working order, properly serviced, lubricated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Customer shall be solely responsible for all maintenance, inspections, repairs, replacement of tires, and any other costs associated with the operation and upkeep of the Trailer(s). Owner shall have no obligation to perform or pay for any maintenance, inspections, repairs, cleaning, washing, storage, towing, or other services relating to the Trailer(s) during the term of this Agreement. For refrigerated trailers (“Reefers”), Customer shall ensure that all required preventive maintenance is performed at least every three (3) months or every one thousand (1,000) engine hours, whichever occurs first, at Customer's sole cost and expense. Upon termination of this Agreement, Customer shall return each Trailer to Owner in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
  9. Payments & late returns. Rent is due per the agreed schedule. Late returns and late payments may incur additional daily charges.
  10. Loss, theft & damage. The renter is responsible for the trailer from pickup to return, including loss, theft, or damage, and must report any incident to SWIFT PRO LLC and the proper authorities promptly.
  11. Pickup & location. Unless otherwise arranged, trailers are picked up and returned at 9875 NW 115th Way, Medley, FL 33178.
  12. Cancellation. Reservations may be cancelled per the terms in your rental agreement; deposits may be non-refundable within a stated window.
